Decomposition kinetics and nano-sized precipitation

To make clear the features of decomposition kinetics and morphology of the precipitates the Monte-Carlo modeling with ab-initio effective cluster interactions have been done for Fe-based binary and ternary systems. As result, the conditions and thermal treatment regimes were established which necessary for the formation of nano size precipitates of alloying elements.
